Tuesday February 27th - Dietary recommendations to prevent cardiovascular disease

For all those who are candidates for future presentations at English Ltd. evenings, the top-level notch has just gone higher since Jean-Marc Ferradou (cardiologist) has set a new milestone in the quality of English Ltd. presentations.

Since Jean-Marc's presentation, I now know that CAD does not mean only Computer Assisted Design, but also Coronary Artery Disease and that cholestrol-filled plaques that can line our arteries, combined with fibrosis (the body's reaction to contain the cholesterol), are liable to rupture and cause a sudden blood clot (thrombosis) that sends you to Never Never Land. All that without notice!
